NCLT, a web portal for CA and Company law professionals

I have found NCLT, a web portal for CA and Company law professionals that has tons of information about Companies act 2013/1956. NCLT stands for New Corporate Law Treatise. The portal is offered by legal professionals based in New Delhi, the capital of India.

It remained difficult not only for common people but for the legal professionals and Chartered accountants for a long time to get information about the legal provisions of Companies act 2013/1956 to smoothly run their businesses and to serve legal needs of their clients.
