NCLT, a web portal for CA and Company law professionals

I have found NCLT, a web portal for CA and Company law professionals, that has tons of information about the Companies Act 2013/1956. NCLT stands for New Corporate Law Treatise. The portal is offered by legal professionals based in New Delhi, the capital of India.

It remained difficult not only for common people but also for the legal professionals and Chartered accountants for a long time to get information about the legal provisions of the Companies Act 2013/1956 to smoothly run their businesses and to serve the legal needs of their clients. The NCLT web portal is a one-stop solution for them.

You can find the complete act, both the old 1956 and the new 2013 versions (Companies Act, India), along with rules and draft rules, in the NCLT. There are different sections for forms, notifications, circulars, and orders about the act. These sections are easy to use and comfortable for finding information.

There are other sections, such as definitions, guidelines, and schedules, that add value to the digital platform. One can get the latest news about government and non-government activities in the news section.

Promoters of the NCLT web portal are continually adding materials for the users. They have already added various useful sections like Penalties, resolutions, exemptions, etc.  The New Corporate Law Treatise website has increased its utility manifold by a recent addition of Q and A section. One can ask a question about legal complications to get an answer from an expert in the Companies Act.

I believe that this web portal is very useful and will be loved by both legal professionals, Chartered accountants, and corporations. This may be proved as a blessing for the researchers, scholars, and students of corporate law in India. However, one has to create a user account to view all the pages. Signing up is free.

I have added a few videos that can also help you understand the Companies Act 2013.
