Gulabi Nagar Vichar Manch discussed on Liberhan Committee report

Gulabi Nagar Vichar Manch discussed on Liberhan Committee report today. Advocate Pradip Chouhan told that this comitee has been worked for 17 years. Period of the committee was extended 48 times. Instead of all these and at an expenditure of Rs. 80 million nothing fruitful is produced. 

The committee met with only 300 people in 17 long years. Nothing in this report that is not wel known. It has proven to be a dude and it seems that it is effected by political influences.


He added that the copies of the report were with the
Justice Liberhan, Chairman of the committee and the Union Home Minister only. It is surprising that it was leaked!!

He asked " Who leaked it?Justice Liberhan or the Union Home Minister?" 

Discussion was Presided over by Rampal. Dr. Garg, Mahendra, Tejkaran Parashar, Mamta Kothari, Dipak Bothra have participated in the discussion.

Gulabi Nagar Vichar Manch paid homage to S K Singh, Governor of Rajasthan on his sad demise on Tuesday this week.

Election results Jaipur Bar Association

Election of Jaipur Bar Association occurred on November 19, 2009 and result was declared on November 20, 2009.

Election officer Advocate Pradip Chouhan informed that there are 5505 voters for Jaipur Bar Association. 3591 (65%) had voted in this election.

He added that Mr. Sharma elected as President and Mr. Anup Pareek as Secretary. MS. Anjana Jaiswal and Mr. Mahesh Sharma elected as Vice-Presidents. Mr. Anil Shekhawat has chosen for the post of Treasurer and MS. Jyoti Saini as Deputy Treasurer.

12 more members were elected for Executive committee.

All the elected Office bearers and Committee members have taken their Oath in a ceremony arranged on November 30, 2009. Hon'ble Justice R S Chouhan and Hon'ble Justice Munishwarnath Bhandari             ( Rajasthan High Court) were present as guests along with Mr. Ghanashyam Tiwari, Former Education Minister, Rajasthan and MLA, Sanganer, Jaipur.

Gulabi Nagar Vichar Manch mourns for its founder Dr. Ujala Arora

 Gulabi Nagar Vichar Manch has organized its 1385 meeting on sunday, October, 11, 2009  to mourn its 
 founder Dr. Ujala Arora. Vasumitra and Priyamitra both of her sons garlanded in her picture before starting the condolence meeting.

Pradip Chouhan described her life in brief. Satyanarain Sharma "Kalakar", Vaidya Ratan Pareek, Ravishankar Pandya, H.S. Sharma, Swami Hanumatdas, Rampal, Ms. Razia and many others among the audience paid homage to her.

 Tejkaran Parashar, Publicity in-charge,  Gulabi Nagar Vichar Manch and a long time companion of Dr. Ujala Arora spoke about her laboriousness and popularity.


Jyoti Kothari, Addl. convener, Gulabi Nagar Vichar Manch and a long time companion of Dr. Ujala Arora also remembered some of his incidents with her. He added that the Munch has lost both of their parently figures Girdharilal Bhargava, MP, Jaipur and Dr. Ujal;a Arora, former Minister, this year. He promised to run the Manch with same spirit in future.

Raja Sadai, an Urdu poet, chanted and sang some gazal and sher to comemorate  Dr. Ujala Arora.

Vasumitra Arora, son of Dr. Ujala Arora told, " This is the first time i am visiting manch alone. Every time I visited here before, accompanied with my mother". He promised to extend all supports to the Manch.

Mirza Habib Baig "Paras" presided over the condolence meeting. He also chanted a Sher to comemmorate the deceased, also a poetess.

Pradip Chouhan, Addl. convener, Gulabi Nagar Vichar Manch, conducted the meeting. The forum observed silence for two minutes to pay homage to their deceased founder before coming to an end.
