Navratna are nine Gems prescribed for nine planets. This is according to Indian astrology. These nine gems or Navratna are Ruby, Pearl, Coral, Emerald, Yellow Sapphire, Diamond, Blue Sapphire, Hessonite and Cat's Eye. These Navratna gems are prescribed for the Sun, Moon, Marsh, Mercury, Jupitar, Venus, Saturn, Rahu and Ketu respectively in Indian astrology. These nine gems or Navratna is also called Rashi ratna or Graha ratna.
