Dr. Ujala Arora, former Sanskrit education minister of Rajasthan along with Shree Girdhari lal Bhargava, Member of Parliament, have founded this Manch on 26th day of June 1983.

The Manch has conducted more than 1300 meetings continuously since its inception. It calls Government authorities, academicians, leaders of respective fields or a celebrity as its chief speaker every Sunday to discuss a given topic. A reputed person adorns the chair.

Presently, meetings are conducted in Scouts and guides hall, Ramniwas bagh, Museum road, Jaipur from 10.30 A.M. to 12.30 P.M.

General public are entitled to join the meeting. They can raise their questions. The chief speaker answers those questions. General public can also suggest, add or modify.
