KALQ keyboard launched

KALQ keyboard, a smarter and faster thumb-based typing keyboard is launched by Indians! Congratulations!! Vardhaman Infotech has launched an Android mobile application - the world's first KALQ keyboard.

Large numbers of people downloaded the application worldwide and it is spreading. The present keyboard app works on Android tabs and large phones only. Darshan Kothari of Vardhaman Infotech informed that his team is working to make it compatible with other Android phones. They believe it to bring a newer version very soon.

Researchers in University. of St. Andrews developed a new keyboard that works better than present QWERTY keyboards in smartphones. Darshan Kothari and his team at Vardhaman Infotech, Jaipur, India quickly developed an Android application for smartphones and launched it free in the Google play store on April 30, 2013. They developed it only five days after the research paper published. MPI-INF (Max Planck Institute for Informatics), Montana Tech, a renowned organization has yet to launch the application (though announced much earlier)!! 

However, few researchers did not take it with sportsman spirit. One of the team members Myroslav Bachynskyi posted a warning at the Google play store that this is not official! How ridiculous!!! It is officially launched by Vardhaman Infotech. Of course, it is not an official release of MPI-INF (Max Planck Institute for Informatics), Montana Tech and nowhere in the app, it is claimed to be of the institute. 

Instead of appreciating the effort taken by an Indian in developing the app at such a fast speed, they have started condemning it.

भारतीय प्रजातंत्र एवं नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस

नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस का कल जन्म दिवस था। उनके वारे में कल रात सोच रहा था। उनके अद्भुत त्याग एवं वलिदान की गाथा स्मृति पटल पर उभर रही थी। साथ ही सोच रहा था 26 जनवरी प्रजातंत्र दिवस के सम्वन्ध में।

कल नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस की 116 वीं जन्म जयंती थी। उनके रहस्यमय मृत्यु (1945) के 5 वर्ष बाद से भरतर में 26 जनवरी प्रजातंत्र दिवस के रूप में मनाया जाने लगा। लेकिन भारत में प्रजातंत्र की हत्या बहुत पहले ही हो चुकी थी और ये वाकया भारत के दो महँ सपूतों के साथ जुडी हुई है।

नेताजी सुभाष चन्द्र बोस त्रिपुरी कांग्रेस में भारी बहुमत से कांग्रेस के अध्यक्ष चुने गए। पट्टाभि सीतारमैया की पराजय हुई।  लगभग 40 वर्ष की उम्र में ही वे भारत के सर्वाधिक लोकप्रिय नेता बन चुके थे। अंग्रेज सरकार उनसे डरती थी और भारतीय जनता उन्हें प्यार करती थी। उनके जीत के बाद महात्मा गाँधी ने एक वयां दिया की पट्टाभि सीतारमैया की पराजय मेरी पराजय है। सुभाष जो की गाँधी जी का बहुत आदर करते थे उन्होंने तत्काल कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष के शक्तिशाली एवं गौरवपूर्ण पद से इस्तीफा दे दिया। गांधीजी ने भी ऐसा करने से उन्हें रोक नहीं। इस तरह एक युग का पटाक्षेप हो गया और हो गई भारतीय प्रजातंत्र की हत्या।

अब जरा देखें मोहनदास करमचंद गाँधी अर्थात महात्मा गाँधी के वारे में नेताजी के विचार:
महात्मा गाँधी को "राष्ट्रपिता" की उपाधि सुभाष बोस ने ही दी। ऐसी अपमानजनक घटना के बाद भी आज़ाद हिन्द फौज के एक ब्रिगेड का नाम गाँधी ब्रिगेड रखा गया। ये थी नेताजी की महानता।

पर विचारणीय विन्दु तो भारत का प्रजातंत्र है। उसकी हत्या तो हो चुकी थी। भारत को संविधानिक रूप से प्रजातंत्र बने 63 वर्ष हो गए परन्तु अभी तक वास्तविक प्रजातंत्र नहीं है। अभी भी एक परिवार की मर्जी सभी मतों से ऊपर मानी जाती है।  उस परिवार के एक व्यक्ति को देश में युवराज के रूप में जाना जाता है। वरिष्ठ से वरिष्ठ कांग्रेसी भी उसके आगे हाथ जोड़ कर खड़े रहने में फख्र महसूस करता है।  अभी अभी उनकी युवराज के रूप में ताजपोशी भी हो चुकी है। ऐसा लगता है जैसे देश के प्रधान मंत्री भी उनके आगे नतमस्तक रहते हैं।

क्या अब भी बदलाव नहीं आएगा? क्या देश इस वारे में नहीं सोचेगा? क्या युवा पीढ़ी जागरूक नहीं होगी? क्या एक परिवार का एकाधिपत्य बना ही रहेगा?

क्या भारत में सचमुच का प्रजातंत्र आयेगा? क्या नेताजी का सपना साकार होगा? परसों प्रजातंत्र दिवस है और हमें इस और सोचना ही होगा।

आम जनता और सरकारी तंत्र: नेता, अधिकारी और कर्मचारी

आम जनता और सरकारी तंत्र में एक विचित्र सा रिश्ता है। कहने को तो सरकारी तंत्र आम जनता की भलाई के लिए है परन्तु हकीकत कुछ और ही है।  नेता, अधिकारी और कर्मचारी मिलकर सरकारी तंत्र बनाते हैं और एक दुसरे को फायदा पहुचने में लगे रहते हैं।  नेता अधिकारी पर हुकुम चलता है तो अधिकारी कर्मचारी पर रौब गांठता है। यह सब कुछ दिखावे में तो जनता की भलाई के लिए ही होता है।

नेताओं की तनख्वाह, भत्ते, पेन्सन एवं अन्य सुविधाओं में बढ़ोतरी के लिए तो संसद एवं विधानसभा में तुरंत एकमत हो जाता है पर जनता की भलाई के काम बहस मुबाहिसों में ही अटका रहता है। ये नेता लोग जनता हैं की उनका अपना काम सरकारी अधिकारीयों कर्मचारियों के बिना नहीं चल सकता इसलिए उनके बेतन भत्ते आदि बढ़ने के मामले में ये उदार रहते हैं। आखिर उनकी जेब से कुछ भी नहीं लग रहा। पैसा जनता से टैक्स के रूप में सब मिलकर वसूल ही लेते हैं। इसी लिए तो कहते हैं की जनता त्रस्त सरकार मस्त


नेताओं को पांच साल में एक बार जनता के दरबार में जाना होता है। उस समय वे जनता को छलावा देने में प्रायः सफल हो जाते हैं। कभी जाती, कभी धर्म, कभी क्षेत्रीयता और कभी भाषा के नाम पर आम जनता को बरगला लेते हैं। उनके इस काम में सरकारी कर्मचारी भी शामिल हो जाते हैं। आखिर सब मिलजुल कर ही तो सरकारी तंत्र बनाते हैं !!

अब आम जनता को जागना होगा। भारत के अनेक प्रान्तों में इस वर्ष चुनाव होना है और अगले वर्ष लोकसभा का चुनाव (सब कुछ ठीक ठाक रहा तो). आम जनता इनसे महंगाई का, भ्रष्टाचार का, असुरक्षा का जवाब मांगे। हिसाब मांगे की सरकारी अधिकारी कर्मचारी को कितना पैसा मिलता है और बदले में वे कितना काम करते हैं? उनसे ये भी पूछे की जिस जनता के धन से वे पल रहे हैं उसी पर किस अधिकार से रौब गांठ रहे हैं?

अब भी नहीं चेते तो आम जनता के लिए येही बात सवित होती रहेगी की महंगाई की मरी जनता बेचारी।

क्या सरकार अपने फिजूलखर्च रोकने के बारे में सोचेगी? क्या नेता सच्चे अर्थों में जनसेवक बनेंगे? क्या अधिकारी कर्मचारियों के बेतन भत्ते कम होंगे? या कम से कम उनकी बढ़ोतरी रुकेगी? क्या उन्हें जिम्मेदार एवं जबाबदेह बनाया जायेगा? प्रशासन आम आदमी के प्रति कब जबाबदेह होगा?

जनता बेचारी महंगाई की मारी

भारत की जनता बेचारी है महंगाई की मारी है।  

जनता त्रस्त सरकार मस्त है .

लेकिन ऐसा क्यों है?  क्यों हिंदुस्तान की बेवस जनता पड़े पड़े मार खाने को मजबूर है? आखिर क्यों? इस सवाल का जवाब हमें ढूँढना ही पड़ेगा।

भारत देश और इसके शासक आज भी औपनिवेशिक मानसिकता से ग्रस्त हैं। आज भी वही कानून वही व्यवस्था लागू है जिसे अंग्रेजों ने अपने फायदे के लिए, भारत को गुलाम बनाये रखने के लिए बनाया था। आज भी सरकारी कर्मचारी विशेषाधिकार प्राप्त हैं। उन्हें भरपूर वेतन और सुविधाएँ मिलती है लेकिन वे लगभग जिम्मेदारी से विहीन हैं। और उनको ये वेतन जनता की गाढ़ी कमाई से टैक्स के जरिये वसूले गए धन से जाता है।  ये वो तबका है जो अपने मालिकों (जनता) पर रौब गांठता है, परेशान करता है, काम नहीं करता ऊपर से रिश्वत वसूलता है।

ये वो तबका है जो नेताओं की सेवा में लगा रहता है जनता की नहीं। काम नहीं करने पर या गलत काम करने पर प्रायः उसे कोई सजा नहीं होती, इसलिए उसके हौसले बुलंद हैं। जनता को जागरूक हो कर उन पुराने सादे गले औपनिवेशिक कानूनों को बदलवाना होगा एवं सरकारी अधिकारिओं कर्म्चरिओन को जिम्मेदार बनाना होगा तभी देश की परिस्थिति सुधरेगी।

भारत की केंद्र एवं राज्य सरकारें प्रति वर्ष महंगाई भत्ते के रूप में मोटी रकम इन्हें देती है जिस कारन महंगाई का असर इनपर नहीं होता। इन्हें बेचारी जनता से क्या मतलब? इसके अलावा प्रति वर्ष इनका वेतन एक निश्चित दर से प्रति वर्ष बढ़ जाता है। फिर वेतन आयोग तो है ही। हर कुछ वर्षों में एक वेतन आयोग। पहला दूसरा--------पांचवां छठा।

अब तो बस करो। बंद करो ये लूट!


 एक समान काम के लए एक सरकारी एवं एक निजी क्षेत्र के कर्मचारी के वेतन में आम तौर पर तीन से चार गुने का फर्क होता है। विश्वास न हो तो अपने चारों और निगाह घुमा कर देख लें।  ज्यादा दूर जाने की जरूरत नहीं पड़ेगी।  सरकारी खजाने पर पड़ने वाले भार से इन्हें क्या मतलब। इन्हें तो छूट्टी, प्रोविदेंड फण्ड, ग्रैचुइति,  पेन्सन के रूप में लाभ मिल ही रहा है।

सरकारी खर्च का सबसे बड़ा हिस्सा या तो वेतन चुकाने में जाता है या फिर क़र्ज़ का व्याज चुकाने में। और ये क़र्ज़ भी  है वेतन के खर्च से। अब  विकास के लिए या जन कल्याण के लिए धन आये कहाँ से? सर्कार  या तो पेट्रोल, डीजल, गैस के दाम बढाती है या आम आदमी पर टैक्स के नए बोझ लाद देती है।  कभी रेल का किराया बढाती है तो कभी टोल टैक्स वसूलती है।

आम आदमी जागे तो --------

अब भारत के आम आदमी को जागना होगा। कब तक पड़े पड़े मार खाते रहेंगे? नेता और कर्मचारियों के इस गठजोड़ को तोडना होगा। तभी हम स्वतंत्र भारत के स्वतंत्र नागरिक की तरह जी सकेंगे।

महंगाई की मार से त्रस्त  जनता को सरकार ने आज एक और तगड़ा झटका दिया है। UPA सरकार के  रेल मंत्री पवन बंसल ने आज रेल किराये में जबरदस्त बढ़ोतरी की है। यह बढ़ोतरी साधारण ट्रेनों में 2 पैसे, मेल / एक्सप्रेस में 4 पैसे, स्लीपर क्लास में 6 पैसे एवं एक में 10 पैसे प्रति किलोमीटर है। यह बढ़ोतरी 5 से 20 प्रतिशत के वीच है।

 जनता त्रस्त सरकार मस्त 

उप नीत केंद्र सरकार ने अभी कुछ ही दिनों पूर्व पेट्रोल, डीजल एवं एलपीजी गैस के दामो में भरी बढ़ोतरी की थी। डीजल के दाम में 10 रुपये और बढाने  पर सरकार फिर से विचार कर रही है। साथ ही आज समाचार मिला है की केंद्र सरकार एलपीजी गैस के दाम में 100 रुपये और बढ़ोतरी कर सकती है।

 सरकार जरूर मस्त हो रही है। जनता त्रस्त है उसकी उसे कोई परवाह नहीं।  सरकार खर्च में बढ़ोतरी का तर्क देती है परन्तु फिजूलखर्ची पर कोई नियंत्रण नहीं। पुरे सरकारी तंत्र की काबिलियत पर प्रश्न चिन्ह लगा हुआ है।  मंत्री एवं अफसर शाही ठाट बात की जिंदगी जी रहे हैं। शानो शौकत में एक दुसरे से होड़ ले रहे हैं।

दिल्ली जैसे देश की राजधानी भी असुरक्षित है। गैंग रेप जैसे कांड ने पुरे देश को हिल कर रख दिया है। आखिर इन सबके लिए जिम्मेदार कौन?

चातुर्मास में पञ्च परमेष्ठी आराधना एवं व्याख्यानमाला 8 जुलाई से 5 अगस्त

इस वर्ष श्री जैन श्वेताम्बर खरतर गच्छ संघ, जयपुर चातुर्मास में 8 जुलाई से 5 अगस्त तक पञ्च परमेष्ठी आराधना एवं व्याख्यानमाला का कार्यक्रम आयोजित कर रहा है। यह कार्यक्रम विशिष्ट श्रेणी का है एवं इस तरह का आयोजन जयपुर शहर में पहली वार हो रहा है।

जैन धर्म में पञ्च परमेष्ठी तत्व का अत्यंत महत्व है। जैनों के सर्व श्रेष्ठ मंत्र नवकार में इन्ही पञ्च परमेष्ठी को नमस्कार किया गया है। इनमे से प्रथम दो परमेष्ठी अरिहंत एवं सिद्ध परमात्मा को देव तत्व एवं पीछे के तीन आचार्य, उपाध्याय एवं साधू को गुरु तत्व माना गया है। परमेष्ठी तत्व से ही हमें धर्म की प्राप्ति होती है अतः ये धर्म के आधार माने जाते हैं।

  अत्यंत हर्ष का विषय है की हमारे प्रवल पुण्योदय से श्री जैन श्वेताम्बर खरतर गच्छ संघ, जयपुर में इस वर्ष चतुर्विध संघ के साथ चातुर्मास करने का सुअवसर उपस्थित हुआ है।

आगामी 3 जुलाई से चातुर्मास प्रारंभ हो रहा है एवं परम पूज्य स्वर्गीय श्री राजेंद्र मुनि जी  के सुशिष्य परम पूज्य श्री विनय मुनि जी महारज साहब आदि ठाना 3 एवं परम पूज्य प्रवर्तिनी स्वर्गीय श्री विचक्षण श्री जी महाराज साहब की सुशिष्या परम पूज्या श्री सुयशा श्री जी महाराज आदि ठाना 2 का चातुर्मास खरतर गच्छ संघ, जयपुर में हो रहा है।

चातुर्मास प्रारंभ के बाद पहले रविवार 8 जुलाई से ही  पञ्च परमेष्ठी आराधना एवं व्याख्यानमाला का कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जा रहा है। उस दिन प्रो. कुसुम जैन अरिहंत पद पर अपना व्याख्यान देंगी.  15 जुलाई को प्रो. जे. बी. शाह, निदेशक, एल. डी. इंस्टिट्यूट, अहमदाबाद का सिद्ध पद पर व्याख्यान होगा. 22 जुलाई को प्रसिद्द जैन मनीषी प्रो. सागरमल जैन आचार्य पद पर अपना उद्वोधन देंगे। 29 जुलाई को इस युग के महापुरुष नवकार मंत्र के परम आराधक पन्यास श्री भद्रंकर विजय जी महाराज के श्रावक शिष्य श्री शशिकांत मेहता उपाध्याय पद का महत्व समझाते हुए नवकार मन्त्र के ध्यान की प्रक्रिया बताएँगे। कर्यक्रम के अंतिम दिन 5 अगस्त को जोधपुर विश्वविद्यालय के प्रो. धरमचंद जैन साधू पद पर प्रवचन देंगे।

इन सभी कार्यक्रमों में भारत के विभिन्न स्थानों से समाज के गणमान्य व्यक्ति भी विशेष अतिथि के रूप में आमंत्रित किये गए हैं।

व्याख्यान माला के साथ ही इन पांच दिनों में विशेष प्रकार की पूजाएँ/ महापूजन आदि रखी गई है जिससे परमेष्ठी तत्व की भक्ति की जा सके।  इन दिनों में विशेष प्रकार के जप अनुष्ठान,एवं तपस्या का भी कार्यक्रम रखा जाएग। साधर्मी वात्सल्य भी आयोजित होंगे.  आप सभी इस कार्यक्रम में सादर आमंत्रित हैं।

I am in process of creating a website about Jain and Jainism, Jain Encyclopedia. I feel that there is not enough material about Jain society, religion, philosophy, culture, history, rituals, Jain business, jobs and matrimonial.
If there are something about these, these are scattered.

It is difficult to find desired material for a layman. This inspired me to bring all information about Jain and Jainism into one place. I am presently collecting data and will add to my website jainee.com in due course.

 शहरवाली समाज की अपनी अलग ही बोली थी. यह बोली बड़ी मीठी लगती है. यह बोली हिंदी, मारवाड़ी, उर्दू, बंगाली एवं अंग्रेजी भाषा का मिलाजुला रूप है. इसमें कहीं हिंदी का शब्द व बंगाली का व्याकरण है तो कहीं उर्दू शब्दों को हिंदी के व्याकरण में डाला गया है. कहीं कहीं इस बोली ने अपने आपको अपने ही अंदाज़ में विकसित किया है.  शहरवाली समाज को ठीक तरह से जानने के लिए इसकी बोली को जानना जरुरी है. यहाँ पर कुछ शहरवाली बोली के शब्द हिंदी अर्थ के साथ दिया जा रहा है.

रीति रिवाज़: मृत्यु एवं शोक

मृत्यु एवं शोक जीवन की एक अभिन्न प्रक्रिया है जिसे कोई नहीं चाहता परन्तु यह अवश्यम्भावी है. मुर्शिदाबाद के शहरवाली समाज में मृत्यु एवं शोक के  अपने  रीति रिवाज़ हैं. 

किसी व्यक्ति की मृत्यु होने पर पहले उसे स्नान करवा कर अर्थी में उसी प्रकार ले जाया जाता है जैसे अन्य सभी स्थानों पर.  स्मशान में मृत देह को जलने के तत्काल बाद उसे ठंडा कर दिय्स जाता है एवं अश्थी व अवशेषों को वही गंगा में प्रवाहित किया जाता है. मृत्यु के बाद जहाँ मृत देहको लेटाया गया था वहां सर के स्थान पर आटे से गोला बनाया जाता है एवं उस पर थाली ढक कर वहां दीपक जला दिया जाता है. बाद में थाली उठा कर आटे पर बना निशान देखा जाता है. ऐसा मन जाता है की आटे पर बना निशाण अगली गति की सुचना देता है. 

मृत्यु के तीसरे दिन उठावना होता है. उठावने में पहले सब लोग घर पर इकठ्ठा होते हैं उसके बाद सब मिलकर मंदिर व पौशाल जाते हैं. वहां पर यति जी या कोई श्रावक शांति का पाठ करते हैं. फिर सब लोग घर लौट आटे हैं. 

पांचवें या सातवें दिन ठंडा बार देख कर न्हावन  किया जाता है. उसमे घर के सब लोग नाख़ून, बाल बगैरह कटवाते हैं, घर की पूरी धुलाई होती है एवं नहा कर सब मंदिर जाते हैं.

१२ दिन तक शोक रखा जाता है एवं समाज के लोग बैठने आत़े हैं. शोक के समय घर वाले सर पर पल्ला लेते हैं. औरतें गुलाबी साड़ी पहनती है. बैठने आने वाली समाज की औरतें भी गुलाबी साड़ी पहन कर आती है. 

शोक निवारण के लिए पगड़ी बदलाई व वेश पलटाई होती है. लड़के के सुसराल वाले पगड़ी व वेश बदलवाते हैं. १३ वें दिन मंदिर में बारह व्रत की पूजा पढ़ाई जाती है.  आम तौर पर मृयु भोज नहीं होता है एवं शोक के समय किसी प्रकार का लें दें भी नहीं होता. यह शहरवाली समाज की एक बहुत अच्छी प्रथा है.

शोक के बारह दिन तक समाज के सब घरों से खाना भेजा जाता है और घर के एवेम बहार से आने वाले लोग वही खाते हैं. पहले तो १२ दिन तक घर में चूल्हा भी नहीं जलता था. मृत्यु के समय जहाँ अन्य सभी स्थानों व समाजों में मरनेवाले के ऊपर सब को खिलाने पिलाने व दें लें का बोझ पड़ता है वहीँ शहरवाली समाज में समाज के लोग उस परिवार के खाने पीने का इंतजाम करते हैं. ये एक बहुत ही अच्छी प्रथा है एवं इसका अनुकरण अन्य समाजों द्वारा भी किया जाना चाहिए.

Back links and building backlinks are the talk of the town since few years. Every Tom, Dick and Harry is talking about these. Why so much noise for these terms? Because these are the essential tools to get traffic and make money online as internet is a big business today. People starts building it just after registering a domain name. Creating backlinks is easy. Create backlinks to your website to earn money online.
Google, Yahoo and Microsoft are big players in Internet business. They have large numbers of links to their sites which drive lot of traffic to these sites. Google have some 225 millions back links to their site where as Yahoo and MSN have approximately 90 and 25 million respectively. These help these sites to make money online in internet business.

You have to build backlinks to make money online, The internet marketers make it a compulsion to generate incoming links for your web site or web page to get traffic. You can not make money on the net without tons of traffic. More the traffic, more the chances to have a click on advertise or an affiliate marketing device. Quality of backlinks is decided mainly with two factors. Page rank of a site back linking and relevancy of the site with your keyword or keywords. Page rank is directly proportional to the quality of back links. A backlink from a pagerank 7 or 8 site is worth more than dozens of backlinks from sites with 0 or 1 pagerank. In general, higher the page rank higher the quality of backlinks.

The other factor for the quality of backlinks is relevancy. Backlinks from a relevant site are worth more than backlinks from irrelevant sites. Hence quality of backlinks are again directly proportional to relevancy of the sites you are backlinking to.

Therefore, Check the relevancy and page rank of a site before building backlinks. If you are able to build quality backlinks with relevant and higher page rank sites than your competitors then you will be succeed in getting indexed higher than them (if other factors are similar) and chances are there that you will be getting more traffic. This is the keyword for making money online.

There are different types and ways to get backlinks. There are Do follow and No follow backlinks. No follow backlinks sends traffic to your web site or web page but search engine do not use these links to rank your site or page. You can get organic backlinks, free backlinks, reciprocal links or paid backlinks. When one finds your web site or  web page useful or relevant to their sites they create a backlink to yours. This happens automatically without any efforts from your side. These are called organic backlinks and sends organic traffic to your web site or web page. Some times people bookmark your web site or web page  in bookmarking sites or social networking sites too which provides you with backlinks. These are free back links obviously.

You can also create free backlinks by linking your site or page to your own blogs and sites. Some social bookmarking sites allow you to create your own links. You cam submit your web page or web site to various internet directories to get free backlinks. Commenting on others blogs and participating in forums are other ways to get free back links. You can also get backlinks through News, Images and videos. RSS is also a good way to get free backlinks.

One way links and reciprocal links:

Above mentioned are examples of one way links. Some sites ask you to create a reciprocal link against which they generate a backlink to your web site or web page. These links are called reciprocal backlinks. Reciprocal links have lesser value than one way back links.

Paid backlinks are different than free backlinks. Some sites ask money to backlink you. These are paid backlinks.
